Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! It's always worth getting in touch with us on the off chance we haven't dispatched it yet. However, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to alter or cancel it.

You're more than welcome to send any items back to us, as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Of course, if the items are faulty, please get in touch with us and we will work on a solution with you.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday/Tuesday.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Jersey and Guernsey. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us and we will try and find out if we are able to do it for you.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Royal Mail Tracked 48 normally takes 2-3 days, but on the odd occasion can be sooner. 

International shipping times depend on the products and destination.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
